Two rules the server enforces and this only mirrors: a god account's platform rights can be changed by another god and nobody else, and a god account can never be removed from the list — not by another god, not by itself. God is the break-glass identity, so its holders are the last way back in when everything else has been misconfigured. An administrator holding MANAGE_PLATFORM_ADMINS but not god could otherwise reach into a god account and strip it, which is the one edit that disarms the people who would undo it. Both controls are disabled with the reason attached rather than hidden — a control that vanishes reads as a missing feature, one that explains itself reads as a rule. The "+N more" chip carries the same lock, since it opens the same dialog.
