Adds **************** so the navtop SupportButton badge can count support tickets that actually need attention (have unread visitor messages) instead of just PRE_TICKET/NEW status. The count is read straight from the DB so it survives a refresh. Also adds **************** so MediaService can resolve the org owner from a session GUID after markAsRead.
