Marketing visitors use /ws/public-chat-native without memberId; tickets still reference the org placeholder member as requestor. Increment PRESENCE_PUBLIC keys on public STOMP connect/disconnect, broadcast sessionGuid on /topic/presence, and return members+sessions maps from requestor-snapshot. Heartbeat extends TTL for public sessions.
