Seat counts. The plan card headline reads max_seats ("Up to 5 users") while the feature list beneath it and the comparison table read the USERS feature row, which said 25 and 100 - a five-fold overstatement on Starter and four-fold on Business. max_seats is the intended figure: the plan-picker quiz routes "2-5 people" to Starter, "6-25 people" to Business and "more than 25" to Enterprise, which is exactly 1 / 5 / 25 / unlimited. Neither number is enforced anywhere, so this changes what is promised, not what anyone is charged. COMMERCE_POS is ServiceType.POS(21), whose real name is "Lines of Business" - the umbrella switch for what an org sells, rents, services or lends. It was labelled "POS - Point of Sale System" and sat directly above the genuine "Retail & Point of Sale", so the table appeared to list point-of-sale twice. The Full Platform Bundle is retired. Starter plus the bundle was $53/user/month against $59 for Business, which already includes all four modules plus five times the seats, more storage per user, SSO, audit logging, API access, shared mailboxes, approval workflows and priority support. Six dollars bought all of that, so its only buyer was a team of five or fewer wanting every module and no platform features. Deactivated rather than deleted - bundle items and any past subscription still reference the row. The Productivity Bundle stays: $41 against $59 is a real choice.
