On /network/create the readiness meter and the Launch organization button sat in a bar across the whole page, under the brand preview too - exactly where docked tool windows open. The Exec2Exec window (460px, docked bottom-right) covered the button at every width. The bar is now pinned at the foot of the form column and the preview column runs to the bottom. Measured in Chrome against a 460px docked window: the button is clear at 1400, 1920 and 2560px viewports (135px to spare from 2xl up). Between 1024 and 1279px the preview column is only 360px, so a default-width window still covers the button's last ~41px.
