updatePOSConfig bound Map<String, List<String>>, a shape that cannot carry quoteConversionBilling at all. Widened to Map<String, Object>. A key that is absent means leave it alone, not set it to null — the engagement-types tab sends only enabledEngagementTypes, so reading absence as null would wipe the org's billing choice on every vertical toggle, at HTTP 200 with nothing in any log.
