Owner's call, and the right one: a maintenance contractor bills each period, a capital-equipment installer bills the term up front. Either hard-coded choice charges half the tenants the wrong amount, and an order's total is a real captured payment. Adds Task 5a (the OrgPOSConfig column) and Task 6a (the control), and corrects Task 6's controller idiom — an earlier draft invented **************** none of which exist.
