The All tab of a lead's communications rendered a note through LeadCommunicationMapper, which capped the body at 500 characters — with no ellipsis and no flag, so a long note simply stopped mid-sentence. The Notes sub-tab reads the media stream directly and showed the same note in full, which is how it surfaced: the same note, two lengths, one tab apart. Neither timeline entry clamps its body (both render pre-wrap, unclamped), so the cap was purely a server-side loss. Carry the whole body for notes and for chat messages, which shared the same helper and the same silent tail-drop.
