The card already listed the setup fee, but the only figure that summed it with the period price — the total over term — was gated on the commitment running longer than one billing period. On an annual option committed to twelve months the two figures differ precisely because of the fee, and that gate hid it. Gating on the numbers differing shows it where it says something, and the first invoice is now stated outright so the customer sees what the first bill comes to. Keeps this card in step with kamo-internal's preview of it, which is only useful to staff while the two agree.
