Resolves the WebChatIntegration by creatingKeyHash (enabled-filtered, consistent with bootstrap()/AI-prompt resolution) once in createSupportSession and stamps its id onto both PublicChatVisitor and SupportTicket for per-website attribution. Null/blank keyHash or no matching enabled integration leaves the columns null.
