Show member avatars in the Chats tab

MediaService returns chat-session member avatarUrl=null by design (avatars are resolved on the frontend), but the Chats tab never resolved them, so it always fell back to initials. Thread the app's member->avatar map (same source as the working Members tab) into ChatsList and size it via getAvatarSizedUrl, matching the Members tab. Frontend-only; falls back to initials for non-team counterparts.
