Each mortgage card in /applications now renders a tiny chip next to the pair count: green "Committed" when the loan has a Commitment (funded), indigo "Engaged" when it has an Engagement (in-flight). Title attribute carries the underlying engagement / commitment uid for forensic inspection. Cards predating the wiring (no engagementUid yet — backfill hasn't run) render nothing, so the UI degrades gracefully.
