Everyone who asked not to be emailed, in one place. A masthead says how many are off all email and why (unsubscribed, bounced, marked as spam, asked us to stop), how many stopped only some kinds or paused, and how the list moved over thirty days. The list is searchable and filterable; an address opens beside it with: what they receive one row for all email, one per kind of mail, and a pause, saved as a draft. Letting mail reach someone again needs a note saying who asked and when, because that note is the record of their consent. known as the lead, contact, campaign sends, job application, job alerts and AI assistant opt-out that share the address history every change as a timeline: what moved (before/after), who did it and through what, the note, and the request it came from (network address, forwarding chain, browser, language) Plus an org-wide activity feed, adding an address by hand, and a CSV export. Gated by MANAGE_EMAIL_OPT_OUTS (a child of MANAGE_EMAIL_SETTINGS), mirrored in RoleRightType.ts and rightsHierarchy.ts; the tab, the menu entry and the settings card only appear with it.
