Say "Go Home" under the org name in the expanded rail

The expanded rail's brand row has always navigated home, but the org name alone reads as a label, so the destination was invisible. The name now sits above a second line — a small back arrow and "Go Home", regular weight — and both stack to the right of the logo. The row is already the link, so "Go Home" is plain text rather than a nested anchor: one destination, one interactive element.
