45829a6 deleted this file. Nothing in that commit wanted it gone — it was a staged deletion of mine that a concurrent `git add -A` picked up, and the same commit left DomainController still importing it. main has not compiled since. Restored exactly as it was at a729435. The move of this class into kamo-shared-library is real work in progress, but it lands only once the library is published with the new package: a service commit that imports an API the registry has not seen yet fails CI just as thoroughly as this did.
