Resolve the document bucket from ImageAssocType.BUCKET

DocumentService hardcoded "imaging-mydocs" while every other read path went through ImageAssocType.getBucket(). Now that storage is one bucket, point it at the same constant rather than a string that has to be kept in sync by hand.
