The background switch stays on the home page, but the chosen background (plain gradient or org slideshow) should be behind EVERY page, not just the two landings. Moved <Backdrop/> into PageWrapper (layout-level, mounted once and kept across navigations) and dropped the per-page copies from home + settings. The Backdrop now sits at z-index -1 so it stays behind each page's content regardless of whether the page positions itself, while the nav (z 20/30) still paints above it. When the slideshow is enabled it's now a single global instance (no reload on navigation).
