Remove stock Meet virtual backgrounds, use only org-level backgrounds

- Removed hardcoded IMAGES array from constants.ts (7 stock Meet backgrounds) - VirtualBackgrounds component now uses dynamic branding backgrounds directly with no fallback to stock images — orgs control their own backgrounds - Fixed /api/branding error handler to return empty branding instead of defaultBranding:true which caused Meet to load stock defaults - Users see: org backgrounds + meet backgrounds from settings, blur options, upload button. No more generic Meet scenery photos.
