These were added to kamo-internal by mistake — collection of the phone number and security questions belongs in the registration flow in kamo-register, and has been moved there. Drops the two settings pages, the accountApi client that only served them, and their entries in the My Account card list and the SettingsStatusWindow navigation popout. The underlying /api/account/phone and /api/account/security-questions backend endpoints are intentionally left intact so a future post-signup settings UI can be built without rewriting the service layer.
