The heredocs had leading whitespace from YAML indentation causing parse errors - Use echo commands to create dovecot.conf without leading whitespace - Mount auth-sql.conf.ext from ConfigMap (no whitespace issues) - Mount dovecot-sql.conf.ext from ConfigMap - Add debug output to see actual config content
