- handleSelectAvatar now sets avatar as active via API and refreshes profile data - handleUploadPhoto and handleCreateAvatar Creator now update member and refresh profile - Ensures avatar URLs are properly updated from backend after setting - Fixes issue where avatar would revert to initials after setting
