/leads grid is now fully live over websocket (NATS→STOMP): rows add/remove/update against the active filter automatically and changed cells blink once for other members' edits; the dead refresh button is removed. /leads/view/[id] applies live lead/history/task/stats updates and gains per-pane exclusive edit locks with a 'currently editing' roster, live countdowns, and auto-save on idle/disconnect. Adds useLeadsRealtime hook, leadLocksApi + Next proxy routes, and a reusable MemberContactCard (name + work extension, click-to-call softphone / open-chat). Lead updates merge null-preservingly so partial payloads never blank cells.
