Putting a script back into use should not need a password

ConfirmationDialog always makes you type a challenge word. That is right for archiving — the script leaves every agent's panel mid-shift — and right for deleting, which takes the blocks with it. It is absurd for reactivating, which is trivially reversible and was the one action here that could not do any harm. Reactivate now runs on the click and reports through the same snackbar. The confirm dialog keeps the two actions that earn it.
