Proxy all external API calls through Next.js to avoid CORS

Added catch-all /api/security/[...path] proxy route and updated ThemeConfig, FormAccountRecovery, FormPassportID, FormPersonalInfo, and FormRecoveryEnforcement to use local proxy instead of direct api.kamocrm.com calls.
