RejectionReasonType was a bare enum (the borrower literally saw "ILLEGIBLE"). Each value now carries a borrowerMessage() remediation string + a messageFor() mapper, so the reject note and the DOC_REJECTED email tell the borrower exactly what to fix in plain language.
