Finishes the styled-jsx sweep started on the preview banner. No `<style jsx>` block remains anywhere in the app. SITEMAP — the grid was an inline `display:grid` two-column style plus a scoped media query collapsing it to one column under 768px. Because styled-jsx does not server-render CSS for client components, phones painted the two-column layout first and snapped to one column once the bundle executed. The whole definition moves to globals.css, so both breakpoints apply on first paint — and the `!important` the override needed to beat the inline style is gone with it. GLITCHEFFECT / RIPPLEEFFECT — deleted rather than migrated. Both were unreferenced: zero imports, no dynamic imports, nothing rendering them, so neither could ever have flashed. Migrating the CSS of components that never mount would have been work for nothing, and keeping them means the next sweep has to rediscover they are dead. (RippleEffect is not RippleButton, which is used and untouched.) Recoverable from git if either is wanted back.
