Masonry layout so mixed-height option cards pack without ragged gaps

Leaf cards are short and parent cards vary with their sub-item count (Calculator has 9 modes, VoIP 2), so a uniform grid left big gaps under the short cards in a row. Switch the home launchpad to a masonry (@mui/lab/Masonry, sequential) so cards pack column-wise with no internal gaps, and add a `fill` prop to FeatureCard / LauncherParentCard (default keeps the settings grid's stretch; home passes fill={false} so each card takes its natural height).
