Mark DNS-verified custom domains as isDefault in domain API

Previously only *.kamocrm.com subdomains were marked isDefault, so orgs with a verified custom apex domain (e.g. kamocrm.com) always got defaultDomain=null and were blocked from creating mailboxes.
