- Defer logoUrl resolution in overrides.js until org config loads to prevent flashing the wrong logo variant (SIMPLE vs FULL) - Fire kamo-branding-loaded event after org settings apply so React components re-render with the correct logo - WelcomePage now prefers resolved logoUrl over hardcoded logoFullUrl - Sidecar now respects defaultLobbyEnabled as master switch for lobby - Pass whoCanRecord to Meet config as _kamoWhoCanRecord
