Let the conflicts endpoint exclude the event being edited

ConflictDetectionService has always taken an excludeEventId; this endpoint passed null. Without it an event overlaps itself, so the moment the event dialog started asking, editing anything would report a clash with the thing being edited. Also answers with DTOs like the rest of this controller. The raw entity published a member, organisation and calendar that Jackson renders as null anyway, and a good deal more besides.
