Reverts an incorrect change of mine. I had propagated 42.181.8.87 and edited coturn/deployment.yaml's comment, which was right all along. Verified by DNS: pbx.k1.kluster.kamocrm.com -> 47.181.8.84 (k1m1) pbx.k3.kluster.kamocrm.com -> 47.181.8.87 (k3m1, KamoPBX) 42.181.8.87 is not Kamo's (443 closed). Docs now use the hostnames rather than bare IPs, and the DNS section records that both names already resolve — no DNS work is outstanding.
