FKs LoanFile DIRECTLY (the ONE documented §6.6 exception — it is not an AUS run). Legal wall: sourceLabel hard-forced to the fixed INTERNAL_RULES marker on persist (never a GSE label); outcome uses the distinct **************** vocab (no Approve/Accept/ Refer/Caution).
