Org-scoped rather than keyed on the member alone: ORG_ID is duplicated onto this table so a row can never be read cross-tenant by id, and a finder that ignored it would quietly undo that. Only half of "opportunities I earn on" — the reservation-level commission belongs to the primary agent and produces no split row at all, so callers must union this with that agent's own reservations. Documented on the method so the next caller does not ship a view that silently hides half a member's earnings.
