GET /api/security/page-transition answers any signed-in session, since every tab needs it to uncover a page; an unset or unknown value reads as TILE_DISSOLVE. The PUT takes MANAGE_PLATFORM_TRANSITIONS, refuses a token outside the catalogue before saving or sending anything, and publishes **************** so open tabs follow without a reload. Its own controller because /system-config is gated to the VoIP and Document AI rights and answers with KamoPBX credentials.
