the phone showed while downloading was the old one. The same bytes now also sit at **************** and the QR points there. A copy, not a move: the old object still answers, so QR codes already printed or photographed keep working. that URL is compiled into the installed binary, so it can only change in a native rebuild, and the installed base is 0.1.9 and cannot self-update. Also records, where the next person will look, why the configure deep link still says kamocopilot:// and what has to happen before it can stop.
