DbNow() use CAST(now() AS timestamp), not now()::timestamp

The ::timestamp shorthand is mangled by Hibernate's native-query parser (it reads ':' as a named-parameter prefix, turning ::timestamp into :timestamp) -> CRDB 'at or near ":"' syntax error, so dbNow() still threw on every lock acquire/ heartbeat/sweep and task create. SQL-standard CAST(...) has no colons. Verified against live CRDB: returns 'timestamp without time zone'.
