TerminalSummary gains `state`: busy, or waiting for its member. Read off the session's transcript — neither of which is knowable from here, which is why it travels rather than being derived. Null from an agent too old to send it, which the console reads as waiting: a wrong "busy" hides that a terminal needs somebody, a wrong "waiting" only draws the eye.
