DocNotificationService sends transactional emails (established EmailTemplateServiceClient path, recipient = account primary member, portal link from org root domain): - DOC_REQUEST once when a loan reaches APPLICATION_TAKEN (checklist minted). - DOC_REJECTED when staff return a document (both the loan-scoped and party-scoped reject paths), with the doc name + reason. Best-effort — never blocks the document action.
