Reload Organization from the DB at the start of async provision so writeConfigFiles sees colors saved by PATCH /colors (controller snapshot could be stale). Null-safe secondary palette; hex replacement matches 3- and 6-digit values in MinIO CSS; quote regex metacharacters and replacement strings; only inject dark variant lines when both values exist.
