isPlatformEnabled now also requires a client id, matching what OrgOAuthClientController reports as platformEnabled. Without that the meetings screen and the bring-your-own section could disagree about the same registration: one offering one-click connect, the other saying the org has to bring its own. Resolution itself keeps the looser rule. A registration may legitimately be read for its non-secret config alone — MeridianLink's token URL and environment — so the narrower question belongs to the method the settings screens ask, not to resolve().
