Local Kubuntu workstation shares its live Plasma/Wayland session over RDP via KRdp. Adds an idempotent bootstrap SQL connection (192.168.4.46:3389, sage/shared pw, security=any, ignore-cert, color-depth 24) and READ grant. Includes design spec.
