Spec covers three hexhead UX bugs: horizontal bottom-row vertex overlap, bottom-right stacking when dropping without snap, and hexheads ending up behind tool windows due to no-op makeRoom handler. Solution: unified resolveCollisions() resolver + group-aware flyToHomeRow slot-width accumulation.
