Actually move an event when its calendar is changed

The dialog has always offered a calendar picker when editing and the PUT has always carried the chosen calendarId, but updateEvent had no parameter for it — so the member watched their choice be discarded and the event stay where it was. The move is authorised against the destination as well as the origin, or anyone could publish to the whole organisation by starting on their own calendar.
