Account-group endpoints (customer segmentation tiers, not billing) renamed throughout to use "tier" terminology consistently with the shared-lib rename: - /api/security/account/groups -> /api/security/account/tiers - **************** -> /retail/customer-tiers - Service/method names: getAccountGroups -> getAccountTiers, createAccountGroup -> createAccountTier, updateAccountGroup -> updateAccountTier, deleteAccountGroup -> deleteAccountTier - Response keys: groups -> tiers, customerGroups -> customerTiers, customerGroup -> customerTier, group -> tier
