The sender's envelope list and any table of assigned packages have a row, not a hero slot, and the labelled pill does not fit one. `iconOnly` gives the SAME menu a bare download icon to open from. The alternative was a bespoke single-file download in every tight space, which is how "download the signed copy" came to mean three different things on three screens in the first place.
